Privacy statement
Your personal data. You leave them on our website www.marvinsmaatwerk.nl, because that is what you have to do if you want to request information. But we can imagine that you would like to know why we ask for your personal data on our website and what we do with it. We would like to tell you that here. Who are we
We are Marvin's Maatwerk. We are located at Trompstraat 8 in (3454XJ) De Meern and registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 71529039. We are responsible for processing personal data as referred to in the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When processing your personal data, we comply with the obligation under this GDPR.

Very secure
We lock all the data you leave on our website very securely under lock and key using the most modern techniques. Anyone who has nothing to do with your data simply cannot access it. If we give your data to someone else - you can read below why and when we do this - we demand that that other person handles your data as carefully as we do and only uses it for the purpose for which he received it. If you feel that this is not happening, please let us know via our customer service.

What do we do with your data?
We use your data for various purposes. For example, goals for which you have first given us permission or goals that we consider important. After this you can see which goals those are. Contests
If you participate in a promotion or contest, we ask for your name, address, email address and sometimes your age/date of birth. This way we can carry out the promotion and announce the prize winner(s).

We use your name and e-mail address for sending our e-mail newsletter, if you have given us permission to do so.If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.

3. Processing for our legitimate interest

Improvement of our service
We are constantly working to improve our services. That is why we can use your data to ask you if you would like to participate in a non-binding customer or market survey. The research is always anonymous and the results cannot be traced back to you.

Fraud
Nobody wants fraud, neither do we. That is why we use data to investigate, prevent and combat fraud.

Social media
We do not get access to your social media account, but you can share articles that you find fun, useful or useful with your share friends. If you ask us a question via social media and we see that question, we will save that message and your account name so that we can respond to your message.

How long do we store your personal data?

What are your rights?

This privacy policy is subject to change. If we make changes, we will announce the amended version on the website at least one month before it comes into effect. We advise you to regularly review the privacy policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you can request us to delete your personal data.
