Who are we
We are Marvin's Maatwerk. We are located at Trompstraat 8 in (3454XJ) De Meern and registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 71529039. We are responsible for the processing of personal data as referred to in the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When processing your personal data, we comply with the obligation under this GDPR.
Very safe
All data you leave on our website is very securely locked up with the most modern techniques. Anyone who has nothing to do with your data simply cannot access it. If we give your data to someone else – you can read below why and when we do that – then we demand that the other party handles your data just as carefully as we do and only uses it for the purpose for which it was received. If you have the feeling that this is not happening, please let us know via our customer service.
What do we do with your data?
We use your data for various purposes. For example, goals for which you have given us permission first or goals that we consider important. Below you can see which goals they are. Contests
If you participate in a promotion or contest, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address and sometimes your age/date of birth. This way we can carry out the promotion and announce the prize winner(s).

We use your name and e-mail address for sending our e-mail newsletter, if you have given us permission to do so. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, please unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.

We are constantly improving our services. That is why we can use your data to ask you if you want to participate in a no-obligation customer or market research. The survey is always anonymous and the results cannot be traced back to you.

What are your rights?
You can request to view, change, delete or receive your personal data via our customer service . Unfortunately, sometimes we cannot grant your request. If so, we will always explain. If you would like to receive your personal data from us, and we agree, we will transfer this personal data to you or a third party designated by you in a structured commonly used and machine-readable format.
