Your personal data. You leave them on our website www. marvinsnl. com. because that's what you have to do if you want to request information. But we can imagine that you would like to know why we ask for your personal data on our website and what we do with it. We are happy to tell you that here. Who are we
We are Marvin's B. v. We are located at Trompstraat 8, De Meern (3454XJ) and registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 85743216. We are responsible for the processing of personal data as referred to in the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When processing your personal data, we comply with the obligation under this GDPR.

Very safe
We put all data you leave on our website very securely under lock and key with the most modern techniques. Anyone who has nothing to do with your data simply cannot access it. If we give your data to someone else – you can read below why and when we do that – then we demand that the other party handles your data just as carefully as we do and only uses it for the purpose for which it was received. If you feel that this is not happening, please let us know via our customer service.

What do we do with your data?
We use your data for various purposes. For example, goals for which you have given us permission first or goals that we consider important. Below you can see which goals they are. We use the data received from you, but also the data collected by ourselves. For example, information about your visit to our website.

You can call us, fill in the contact form on the website, contact us via social media or send an email to our customer service. In order to be able to help you quickly with questions, we use the personal data and information you provide. We process this to handle your questions or complaints and to provide you with a good service.

Competitions
If you participate in a promotion or competition, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address and sometimes your age/date of birth. This way we can carry out the promotion and announce the prize winner(s).

2. Processing with your permission

E-mail newsletters

We use your name and e-mail address to send our e-mail newsletter, if you give us permission to do so have given for. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, please unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.

3. Processing for our legitimate interest

Improving our service
We are constantly improving our services. That is why we can use your data to ask you if you want to participate in a no-obligation customer or market research. The survey is always anonymous and the results cannot be traced back to you.

Fraud
Nobody wants fraud, neither do we. That is why we use data to investigate, prevent and combat fraud.

Social media
We do not get access to your social media account, but articles that you find fun, useful or useful , you can share with your friends. If you ask us a question via social media and we see that question, we will save that message and your account name so that we can respond to your message.

Who do we share your data with?
We do not provide personal data to third parties, unless we do so on the basis of a legal provision be obliged to.

How long do we store your personal data?
We do not process your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which this data is processed .

If we use personal data to send our e-mail newsletter, we will process the corresponding personal data until you withdraw your consent. You always have the right to withdraw this permission. You can do this by unsubscribing via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

If we no longer need to keep the personal data for the above reason, we will delete or anonymize it, unless we (i) are required to do so by law (for example, under the tax legislation (7 years) or (ii) are forced to retain certain personal data for longer on the basis of a duty of proof (for example in the field of e-mail marketing). In which case only the personal data that is specifically necessary for that purpose will be retained during the applicable retention period.

What are your rights?
You can request to view, change or delete your personal data via our customer service or to receive. Unfortunately, sometimes we cannot grant your request. If so, we will always explain it. If you wish to receive your personal data from us, and we agree, we will transfer this personal data in a structured commonly used and machine-readable format to you or another party designated by you.

If you wish to withdraw your consent or object to the (further) processing of your personal data, you can also contact our customer service.

In response to your objection, your personal data will be deleted, unless we are obliged to retain the relevant personal data on compelling legitimate grounds or a legal obligation. If the latter is the case, we will inform you of this and explain our consideration.

Changes
This Privacy Policy is subject to change. If we make changes, we will publish the changed version on the website at least one month before it takes effect. We advise you to regularly review the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you can request that we delete your personal data.
